Accommodation

The accommodation is spacious with ample parking.  Access to the courtyard and accommodation is via steps or a ramp. 

We have three double and four twin rooms, all en-suite. Two of the bedrooms /en-suite are wheelchair accessible (see our access statement for further information)

In addition one double and one twin can be used as family accommodation with a link door.  Each guest room has direct access to the courtyard patio that offers views over our lakes and valley of the river Hooke.

Breakfast is served in the large dining room with adjacent kitchen, laundry room and cloakroom.  There is also sun room off the diningroom with views onto the lake and 270 degree vistas across the Kingcombe Valley.

All rooms are centrally heated using green energy and have oak flooring with pine furniture and include the following:-

Bed widths are 4ft 6ins (135cm) double and 3ft (90cm) single.

Comfortable bedding – White Company cotton sheets/duvet

Hospitality tray – a selection of teas and coffee/hot chocolate/biscuits

Flat screen television

Towels and toiletries

Hairdryer/Hot water bottle
