Directions from Dorchester:
Take the A37 towards Yeovil.
Take a left after Grimstone on the A356 continue through the villages of Frampton and Maiden Newton. Driving up the hill after Maiden Newton take the third turning on your left which is signposted to Higher Kingcombe/Powerstock.
Follow that road for about a mile until you come to a crossroads at the bottom of the hill. Take a left and we are the third property on your right.

Directions from Yeovil:
Take a first left at the roundabout at the top of Henford Hill. A37 Straight across at the next roundabout. Continue on the A37 passing a pub on your left called 'The Rest And Welcome'. Continue for a couple of miles dropping down a hill and you will see a turning on your right signposted Holywell and Evershot. Drive through Evershot over a bridge and bear right and you will reach the A356.
Take a left turn and follow the A356 then take the second turning on your right, just past the radio pylons sighnposted to Higher Kingcombe/Powerstock. Follow this road for about a mile until you come to a crossroads at the bottom of the hill. Take a left and we are the third property on your right.

Directions from Exeter:
Head north from the A379
At the Sandy Gate roundabout take the second exit onto the M5 entry ramp to Taunton / Honiton / Barnstable. Then take the exit to Honiton / Exeter A3015 and bear left onto the Honiton road-ramp and bear left at A30. Take the A35 exit and stay on the A35 until you reach Bridport. Take the second exit off the Crown Inn roundabout, near West Bay and onto Sea Road North. Continue straight across next two roundabouts on to Beaminster. Turn right at the Petrol Station going into Beaminster and follow this road the B3163 for just over a mile and taking the second right turning signposted to Hooke. Take a second left taking you through the village on towards Higher Kingcombe. When you have gone across a small crossroads we are the third property on your right.
